  • Condition: Please determine the condition of the item by the photos I've provided. None of these have ever been on a bike or moped, they're all nice and straight/flat. Many of the plates are near perfect and many also have paint missing on the high points, mostly around the outside edge. I believe this is a result of sliding them in and out of the envelopes without any protection between them. Still a very nice complete set, plus the District of Columbia. All but 3 or 4 are from 1953. FYI, Alaska and Hawaii were not yet states when these were produced.
