Made in Europe.
Hard-to-find Forbo Marmoleum Composition Tile, preferred by many linocut artists because it holds fine detail so well (search for "blanchard marmoleum" no quotes).
Smooth surface (the photo is an optical illusion), cuts well.  Lightly sand the surface for better ink keying.  As with all linoleum, apply heat for even easier cutting.
One unmounted 4" x 6" piece.  Order multiple pieces and save significantly on shipping.
