Vintage Antique Colt Old Leather Gun Belt Holster CSA Civil War Buckle Western

Please see all 12 images. I really don’t know anything about this gun belt and holster. It is old and the leather is still in good shape. I don’t know if this is actually a Civil War era item or an old movie prop. The belt has a stamp that looks to read Frederick, MD and a number. Maybe 924. Above it in a circle looks to be something with Since 1884. The Colt holster has F C 22. The length is approximately 38” laid down flat with the buckle. I’m not sure what that would translate into a waist size. Maybe in the 28 to 32 range?
